2005 A/T Sedan

Hey guys, i gotta question. I have an 2005 A/T Sedan, with about 44k on it. I noticed a click when in first gear. It is just a quick little click...and i wont hear it again till i am back in first gear...it doesn't do it all the time though, it seems like when its on a hill or heavy acceleration. I drive it normal mostly though, so im talking 50% throttle. Any help, insight, or point in the right direction would be awesome. Thanks.

it only clicks going into gear and shifting in and out of 1st...thats all. I called the dealer, i am still under warranty and they said that some piece needs to be tightened...so i hope that fixes it.
