Clutch Trouble

I have a 2005 G Coupe 6spd and when shifting, it makes a clicking noise on the inside of the car. Anyone have any idea? The slave cylinder? Also for the first time last night, the pedal is not coming all the way back up. Sometimes I'm having to put my foot behind the pedal and push it up manually. What's the problem and what's the fix?

I've had the same problem multiple times (sticky clutch) and the dealership replaced my clutch master/slave cylinder each time. As for the clicking noise, not too sure on that maybe a better description on the "clicking" would help.
