Switch gears without clutch normal?

When my G35 6mt is off and parked I can shift between gears from 1 to 6 without holding the clutch pedal down. When the car is on I of course can't do that. Is that normal with this car?

Technically, you can switch gears w/o a clutch when driving too. You just have to rev match.
