DE/HR clutch interchangability

I have almost 57k on my stock clutch and i should hopefully getting a new trans soon. I have a couple of hr clutches which are low mileage and in good shape and was wondering if they are compatible at all. Has anyone tried to swap them? Im sure the disc will change over, but does the PP swap?

I've seen people use the pressure plates but i'm not sure about the clutch.
