Clutch/Flywheel problem

Hey guys.

About two weeks ago I took in my 04 6mt coupe for a new trans under warranty. Dealer said I should replace the clutch and flywheel. So I did, they put in a new clutch and a "re-manufactured" flywheel. Ever since I got it back, Ive been getting a lot of vibration and chatter in the low rpm range. If I am idling in neutral and rev it between 1000 and 1500 rpm, it will vibrate strongly. If I push the clutch in, it will still do the same thing.

So I take the car back to them explaining whats going on. They pull the trans out and show me the clutch and flywheel (uploaded pics). There are burn marks on both the pressure plate and the "re-manufactured" flywheel. Also, the clutch is kinda messed up too, there is a small nick on the outer edge of it. I told them twice that I have been driving the car normally. They tried to BS me by saying the parts are probably not defective. They couldn't give me an answer on what to do so they are gonna call me tomorrow. There is no way I am paying anything more, I dropped a grand on the clutch/flywheel. Please help, never been in this situation. Thanks in advance.
