Stock clutch w/ aftermarket flywheel

I just purchased an 05 coupe 6 speeed. similar to alot of other posts ive read on here I have the "cement mixer/grinding" noise at low RPMs. i went to the dealer and they swapped out my tranny. they also recommended I replace the clutch so I bought a stock exedy clutch for them to install. When they pulled the trans they said they found an aftermarket flywheel and clutch. they didnt want to install the stock clutch i bought with the aftermarket flywheel. All in all they still replaced the transmission and I told them to leave the flywheel and clutch that was in there. I might just keep the stock clutch until im ready to buy a new flywheel that isnt so loud. From what ive read the NISMO flywheel and the ACT streetlite are the quietest. what are your opinions on different flywheels and are the previously mentioned flywheels compatible with the stock clutch? any answers will be helpful. thanks
