I have a 3.5fd VLSD that i would like to trade for a 3.3fd VSLD or for a 3.3fd open diff plus cash. I have 50,000 miles on mine. I am located in Tuscaloosa, AL.

 

so if I am a 5AT 2004 Coupe what do I have?? I know a buddy of mine with a manual was wanting to swap my diff for his diff...wasnt sure what exactly the difference was..I know my diff was better for his Built Motor Twin Turbo setup..and his diff was better for my NA.

 

You have a 3.3. All autos have a 3.3 and all manuals have a 3.5

 

so whats the benefit for us then?? let me know..I may be interested with my VB upgrade I have installed etc...

 

It allows you to get to the powerband more quickly which means faster acceleration. I am kind of looking for someone near me because they will be expensive and also mine is a daily driver.

 

thats fine..I was just saying I may be interested to have this done on my my auto with a manual and swap pumpkins.

 

The 06 ATs had the 3.5 as well.
