DIY 6MT Swap?

Has anyone written a diy for swapping a 5at to a 6mt? I have a 2003 sedan, and my auto tranny just went out completely. I figure if I need to fix it, I might as well make it how I want it.. I've found lists but no other information as to how to actually do it.

Thanks.

You make it sound like it's as easy as changing your oil.

I've got a car lift inside a shop full of tools and a decent amount of experience. With a decent amount of guidance, I can figure it out.

Few projects you can follow of people doing it, but really unless you are heavily modded already it can be cheaper and a bajillion times easier to just sell your car and rebuy a 6mt.

So, I've seen some debate as to the parts list. I see that I can either reflash the ecu or take one designed for a manual. For my 03 sedan, what can I take the ecu from? (350z, coupe?) I could replace my auto for 1K, I'm hoping that I could do the conversion for not leaps and bounds more, buying the parts used and doing it myself.
