Re: 6MT Trans & Rear End Capacities
Has anyone put synthetic in their Rear diff? If so, how is your car running? Any MPG gains? I'm thinking of going to Royal Purple rear diff fluid. thanks.
Re: 6MT Trans & Rear End Capacities
While researching limited slip post's on my350Z.com on thing kept comming up from people that either race or drive hard. The transmission and diff tend to get extreamly hot while operating in those conditions. That alone is reason enough for me to go synthetic.

Re: 6MT Trans & Rear End Capacities
Put Red Line in both the trans and the rear end about 6 weeks ago. trans now smoother. No noticalbe difference in gas mileage. Ran Red Line in Maxima manual for 130K miles - worked great for me.
