need new tranny for a 2006 g35 coupe 6mt

so i just had a new clutch and flywheel put in 500 miles ago.. after breaking in my clutch, i decided to floor her a lil bit.. next thing i knohw i hear grinding noises like crazyy. at this point i have no idea what it is, the sound is very obnoxious and made my car barely driveable. i took it back to the shop that did the work, he tells me hes not responsible for it because its not my clutch and flywheel, and its coming from my transmission. He said it makes that sound even when the clutch is engaged. He did say when he was installing my clutch the input shaft bearing was wobbly, therefore explaining the reason my last clutch died at 8k miles. It was causing my pressure plates to move, when there there not supposed to. I took it to a transmission shop next door, after driving my car he believes its either my clutch or my transmission. But now, im looking at $200 for him to get to my clutch and if its not my clutch, its another $200 to get to my tranny. IF my tranny went out he said we could try to fix it, and best case scenario would be around 1500 to fix. Should i just buy a brand new transmission if it is my transmission that is mesed up?? i have a2006 g35, im not sure which one i need. because a brand new tranny costs around 2000, would it be better to just buy a brand new tranny for a lil more then try to fix my old tranny? i was looking at tranny for sale, what is the difference between cd009 and cd003. which one would fit my car?? thankss guys.. note i only have 67000 on my car and i have supercharged. i didnt expect for my tranny to go out..
