Tranny Rebuild anyone, anyone? Bueller?

So I'll start with the car itself. 04 Pearl White 94k. Perfect body other than front bumper needing a repaint.

So the only thing I don't like about the car is how easily it goes from feeling like a luxury car to an econobox when you touch the shifter. Feels like there's a meat grinder down there.

Anyways thats not the problem, i get a 'clunk' every now and then when I shift so I figure when the clutch goes out I'll go ahead and do a rebuild as well. I've searched here and google and haven't found any threads on a rebuild of an 03-05 6mt. Also can't find any rebuild kits (synchros, gaskets).

Mainly looking for good rebuild kits so I can have a smoother shifting car when with a new clutch some day. Also if anybody knows the ballpark ($) as far as rebuilding the rear end on theses things is that would help a lot too. Found an alarming amount of shavings when I swapped out the fluid back there, it doesn't sing or make any noise at all but that will be a problem one day.

One more thing, are the tires supposed to wear like crazy on the insides and almost none on the outsides? Had to flip the tires around on the rims the other day to get the most out of em. Is that somewhat expected or should I go ahead and get an alignment?

Sorry for all the questions but they're mostly drive train related so I stuck it in here. Thanks for any advice.
