Purchased this from Seymore4 however I have the nismo diff cover and didnt realize that this can only be mounted with an OEM diff cover...with that being said I paid $150 shipped for this and I am going to take a hit on this and let it go for $120 shipped. This is a direct bolt-on with no modifications needed and will minimize any wheel-hop you have from a blown diff bushing or bushing going out.
