5AT valve body compatability?

I have an '05 and was looking to swap my VB with an '06 350z who already has the transgo upgrade installed. Anyone know if these two will swap without confusing the TCM or running into other problems?

It will swap fine - but you will want to erase the EEPROM in the VB because the TCM pairs up with the VB on first startup. It will not erase without the CONSULT @ the dealership. If you don't erase it the info on the EEPROM will likely be inaccurate because each TCM writes a lil diff to it.

Dealership will probably charge 1/2 hour or 1 hour is all.
