ok so im in a 5AT and ive been researching how to make my transmission both more dependable as well as stronger. Im already familiar with torque converters as well as valve body upgrade and that built gears are always a plus.

Here is my main question: What mods or parts can be bought and used to actually relieve the transmission of some powertrain loss? i know we lose a good bit of power compared to the 6mt through our transmission and wonder what can be done to help out the 5AT.
