I was considering the keyless entry/push to start system.

I've been waiting for a kit like this! I almost bought the WB kit a year back, and now I can get this one for cheaper! Nice find. I like what Auto Innovatio is doing for our community! =]

Aren't the Works Bell $400? So there is only $10 difference in price.

it was never about price, these look pretty close to OEM and would flow w/a stock interior

turns out they have free shipping, so they're a good bit cheaper than the Works Bell kit

$390 shipped Vs $420 shipped

My comment was actually directed at Anh as he mentioned price. I got mine on here a few years back for 390 shipped so you can work with the vendors to get a better price even on the WB.....I still have mine sitting here

These look nice and OEM in appearance. It's not clear to me exactly how you install them though. Surely you don't have to remove the steering wheel. The only concerns I'd have is with the quality of the internal components of the shifters. Will they stand the test of time? Also, the WB paddles plug right into the existing harness using a factory style plug. I can't them if these plug in or require tapping.

I have the WB units and love them. I would have never thought I'd use them as much as I do. I haven't used the shifter ever since I installed these (well over 2 years ago). I use the shifters all the time. I disagree with these guys about the flimsy feel of the WB units. That's totally false. The WBs paddles are extremely robust plus the shifter action is just a bit more than an 1/8". There's no need to pull back hard. You literally tap them with your fingertips.

If I was looking for the paddles now, I'd try these new shifters. The positioning of the paddles looks really good. However, you really can't go wrong with either. My carbon fiber WBs paddles don't look out of place in my willow interior which was a surprise.

If you have a 1st gen 5AT G, paddles shifters are a must. They really do increase a sense of control. I use them most for downshifting into sweeping turns and in the auto-x.
