Buying a built longblock.have a question

I'm buying a new built long block from a vendor on here in a few months due to some OC issues with my 04 and I want to know exactly what all parts need to be removed from the old motor and put on the new one.
Also what should I expect to pay an installer to pull my old motor out and put the new one in?

Depends exactly what your buying, I would assume your purchasing a short block. In which case you would need to reuse your engines timing equipment, oil pan, heads, and accessories (alternator, power steering pump, ac compressor, intake manifold, plenum, etc).

If your buying a long block, the only difference is you wont need to reuse your heads. Either way you will need a OE Gasket Kit (possibly upgraded studs, and headgasket depending on your future plans)

A gasket kit can be found HERE

During this time i would also HIGHLY recommend installing a new oil and water pump. No need to risk failure of these old critical parts on a new engine.
Oil Pump
Water Pump

Depending on your future goals I may have additional suggestions.
