I have a 2003 G35 coupe and my transmission needs to be replaced. I am looking to buy a used transmission, but finding one with low mileage hasn't been easy. I have seen alot of the newer model transmissions with low mileage, but would it be possible to swap a newer tranny into my '03? I have done some research and it seems the only issue is with the TCM??
Hopefully this topic hasn't been covered already, im just searching for some answers.

I forgot to mention I have a 5AT

 

the only transmission the could work are the 03-04 transmissions from a G35 coupe or sedan or 350z

 

It might be worth looking into having your 5AT rebuilt by a qualified trans shop rather than looking for a used replacement...Gary
