Shifter sitting extremely low. Broken tramission mount? Help!

Hey driver, i'm about to buy a Z as a winter project, yes I know its a Z not a G35, but i'm not registered on MY350Z so I posted up on here due to the similarities. I am wondering why the shifter is so low picture below, I know thats not a SSK. .Or is it Maybe someone can offer some insight about this problem, i was thinking it could be a transmission mount. Has this happened to anyone around here? The car is hit fairly hard, frame is straight. Thanks, any insight would be appreciated

.

Also, checked around, I can't seem to find anything like this.

Yeah it is short shift...u have to reach down and shift.

no seriously...wait till you get the car and probably the transmission mount is broken. I hope you have a ton of money and time to work on this project. Please tell me how much you spent on this vehicle and let me help you out and point you to a factory service manual that you will be referencing for the next 2 yrs of your life.

Furthermore..noob create and account on my350z and use their help to get stuff done. Even I have an account due to the better reading material on FI and performance related topics.

The tail support on the tranny could also be broken.
