when i engage clutch i hear a whirring sound

hello everyone...
i have a 2004 g35 coupe 6 speed manual.
when i press the clutch in i hear a sound like maybe tranny fliud going through a pump sound.
its hard to explain but it makes a whirring sound only when the clutch is pressed in.
and i can hear the clutch spinning too.
it seems to only make the sound when i first start the car. and then goes awy for the most part.
any idea what this is and if i need to be worried about it?
any help would be greatly appreciated.

thanks in advance for any and all help

Mine is doing the same. I have a 06 sedan 6 manual. I believe it may be the throw-out bearing. I hope it doesn't cause any additional issues because I don't plan on doing anything until it becomes a constant sound. It's only loud if I don't park in the garage and the car has been sitting along time in the cold. I've been searching the forum with no exact explanation.
