Trans noise help

Ok so I have a 05 G35 Coupe. w/ 100k milesI started hearing this "howling" noise about 5k miles ago, I figured that it was the TOB so I replaced that along with clutch, flywheel, pressure plate (Comp Clutch stage 2 kit w/ lightweight flywheel) However that howling noise is still present and is really starting to annoy me. It can only be hear when it is cold outside and the car is still warming up. It generally can only be heard while under 3k RPM. I am getting frustrated with this because the closest dealership is like 3 hours away. And I am starting to get worried that it is going to take a crap on me while driving.

On a side note, I know that installing a lightweight flywheel will leave you with a neutral clatter, and vibration noise will under 2k RPM due to the whole weight diff in the flywheels and the new one being a single mass design.* Is there anyway to counter act the noise?

Any help with this problem will be greatly appreaciated.
