sudden loss of power. motor is not climbing rpms quick. any ideas as to why?

We changed them today, got quite the scare when it wouldn't start. Gave the code for the right sensor (the one we replaced) so we took it out and noticed the pins were broken so we returned it and got another one. This time instead of the infiniti partwe got the nissan part for a 350z which looked exactly like the one we took off, reset the ecu and thank god it turned on.
It did feel a lot better on the drive home, felt like i got power back, acceleration came with ease. If it comes back and does it again with no codes I'm shooting for the knock sensor like you did. Buddy even mentioned the crankshaft sensor.
