Speed Sensor Location on 06 G35 Coupe 6MT

My friend has an 06 G Coupe 6MT and his speedo is acting wonky. I want to check the connector on the sensor. Where is it located? Is it on the transmission or the rear diff?

Thanks in Advance.

The ABS/speed sensors are located on the rear diff. It is one harness with one sensor on each stub axle coming out of the diff fastened by a size 12 bolt. The fronts are located behind the hub. However, iirc the actual speed may be determined from the front sensors reading the rotation of the wheel. Lmk if your have any more questions!

On my S2000 there is a speed sensor on the tranny. Can you elaborate more on this, location / what sensor does what, and which reads speed.
