Neec to get rid of my carbonetic LSD...suggestions on what to replace it with?
I have a carbonetic LSD, but it has recently started whining, and I am not up to doing oil changes on it every 2K miles.
what would be a good replacement for it? I have never used the VLSD, and I just love the way my LSD pushes me around corners.
Also, I have a 5AT 2003 which, when stock, had an open diff and a 3.3 FD. I think when I got the new diff put in, they gave me the pumpkin from a manual G which had a 3.5 FD. So what so I look for if I buy another diff?
Is this something I can DIY? Im good at following instructions and Im pretty handy. Only things I havent DIYd on the car is the header install and the last diff install.
