Before anyone starts to bash on me to use the "SEARCH" button. I already did!!! Thanks tho.

So here we go. We replaced the tranny thinking we had a bad bearing since it was making noise when shifting up/down not a grind noise but more of a sputtering. We put a used CD009 with 40k miles and come to find same problem occur. We decided to put new clutch, pressure plate, & flywheel and problem is still accruing but not as bad as before. To top it off we now have a problem with the car over cranking before it actually starts. Yes we swapped the crank sensors thinking that would have fix the problem but didn't. So if anyone can suggest anything that we might have missed to check or change will be highly appreciated.
