05 G35X, humming noise while driving?

Hey all...My 05 G35X has just developed a whirring or humming noise while driving, most noticeable on the highway with some vibration felt in the steering wheel. I have a feeling it is a wheel bearing but could the noise be coming from elsewhere? It sounds a lot like my chevy S10 did when the U joints went bad...Is it possible it could be the U joints? I wont be able to get it to the mechanic for another week hopefully its ok to drive till then

How many miles does your car have? More than likely it's the wheel bearings, they're notorious for failing, especially if you live up north.

Mine started out as a hum, now has become a squeal from the rear passenger wheel bearing. I have the new bearing, just have to get the time to replace it.
