03' Sedan AT Shift Lever Issue

First time poster, long time lurker.

I'm wondering if you guys have any idea why my shifter, while on D is so loose that if I don't hold it in place, it'll slide to the right into the manual area? Is there something I can tighten?

To further elaborate; it also has no resistance in the manual spot in which it can stick to the up/down shift with out it moving back center. Is it a spring that I am missing ? Do I need to replace the entire lower shift lever assembly?
