Since new, 3rd gear would catch or snag a tooth before engaging during rapid shifting.. The dealer said nothing is wrong. Well after 8 years and nearly 28K miles I found the solution. I changed the Transmission oil to REDLINE MTF 85 (GL4) and the Diff to ROYAL PURPLE 75 W 90. (GL5). Wow! The synchros in the tranny let the gears go in smooth even at racing shifts! This is a must do.
