JWT for cupcakes only
Just want to give some guys a heads up that are trying to figure out what to go with as far as clutches and flywheels.
I installed the JWT setup based on almost everyone praising it, and within ten thousand miles, the organic clutch disc was toasted. So I replaced it with the Z1 six puc and its been fabulous. but it is a bit of a pain to drive in traffic. As for the flywheel, I noticed great responsiveness.... until the ring gear broke after 12k miles. Now I need to drop the transmission AGAIN!
Keep in mind, I am not bashing JWT, they have some great products. But if you plan on driving your G the way its meant to be driven, I would reconsider. But if you just want to upgrade the built in performance of the car while still just maintaining a casual driving style, then there is nothing wrong with the JWT set-up.

Riiight. Way to be a douche. How dare I let ppl know my experience with a product. After ten years of driving manual vehicles, from Mazda 323 four spd to peterbuilt big rig tens and I've never burned a clutch before this. But bash on, friend.
Don't worry about him. He's here to flame not to actually help anyone.

I bet JWT's claim is the holding power once the clutch is all the way disengaged. ie... it won't slip while the clutch pedal isn't pressed down. It probably can't cover the re-engagement of the clutch of a 500hp G35/350Z. It would take a pretty stout clutch to hold up to aggressive launch/shifts but that's one part of having/using a heavily modified car. To actually use that power and not have to baby it until the clutch is fully engaged.

I was talking to one of the reps and was told it was one piece. I went ahead and bought it and it doesn't look pressed on or welded at all. I'll take a closer look tomorrow
