Throttle body causing high idle?

So first I had misfiring from my coils on cylinder 2 and 6, i got that changed, then found out their was oil leaking onto my coils, so I changed both valve covers, intake manifold gaskets and all, now my misfiring problem is gone. This was expected to be changed anyways because I have almost 100k miles on my car and has never been changed before.
Anyways, after getting my car out of the shop, another "Service Engine Soon" light popped up, brought it back to the shop to get it checked real quick and got P0507.
They are suggesting me to replace the throttle body but I honestly think that the throttle body got dirty while they had it off replacing other parts. Do you guys think cleaning the throttle body could get rid of my problem?
My mechanic told me he tried to reset the system and relearn it which caused the CEL to go away but he said its still idling higher than normal.
What should I do guys?

Clean it, brah. Very common problem for it to be dirty. Usually it stalls when its dirty tho. Clean it and do a reset. The tb is very sensitive.

I got a tooth brush, some paper towels and a can of carb cleaner and went to town.

It definitely feels different to drive now, like I cant shift as smoothly lol, the RPM spikes when I shift then drops down really quick, that never happened to me prior to this

Yeah, there was a thing before people realized we could just clean the tb where Infiniti was just charging people butt loads of money to replace the tb. The egr shoots unburned fuel laced with carbon right back into the tb and gunk builds up in the hinges.
