Clutch Will Not Disengage HELP ME PLEASE !!!

Alright so while I was driving I down shifted and after that my car started to become really difficult to shift I could not get the car in or out gears. When I start the car in neutral and try to shift into first the car moves forward really slowly but doesn't go into gear. When the car is off it goes through every gear like butter. So I tried putting the car in first and starting I t and all it did was jump forward. So I changed the clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing and pilot bearing and got my flywheel resurfaced . Put everything together and boom still the same problem. The clutch fork moves fairly far when clutch pedal is up and down and I bled it but still no luck. Also when the car is in the air it works Fine but on the ground another story..
