Shifter stiff

I have a 2003 g35 sedan 6mt. The shifter has started to get really stiff and hard to shift. Is there a way to grease/lubricate this? If so how do I go abouts doing this?
Thanks

Is it stiff because you're low on fluid for the clutch? If it isn't completely disengaging, that's definitely going to make it hard to shift.
