6MT output shaft bearing/bushing replacement?

Hi all,

Story started with what seems a play in driveshaft yoke at transmission side. I got in touch with driveshaft manufacturer(I have 1 piece aluminum driveshaft) who suggested that at 30K km it is VERY unlikely that (heavy duty)yoke will wear out and suggested to look into output shaft bushing replacement.
I pulled some diagrams and transmission tail assembly goes(from rear) as oil ring/bushing.

That aside-can this bushing be replaced without taking transmission completely apart? As per diagram it seems that tail section can be unbolted relatively easy.

I've been plagued with driveline vibrations at 130+km/h lately and cold weather whine since day one(I have this car since 2005) and inclined to do this job.

Sad part-I looked up transmission shops in Toronto-lots of negative feedback One genius actually pointed out that I have non factory wheels which cause vibration(5 spoke sedan OEM with Infiniti center caps..right)

Any input is appreciated!

Alex
