differential swap 3.54 to 3.692

Has anyone changed either the 3.54 ring and pinion/and or the whole differential, on a G35, with the 3.69 from a G37? Would you recommend just changing the ring and pinion or the whole diff? Are the parts a direct swap or will they require further massaging and engineering? Also, where would I go to get the speedometer recalibrated? New to this whole mod thing.

Thanks in advance and have a great day.

I'm not 100% sure so don't quote me on this but the flange on the g37 is a three bolt, so if you do a whole rear pumpkin swap you'll need to put your 4bolt flange on it. Are you a maunal or a auto trans g?
