Most likely its not, even if the price is cheap.
The entire idea of changing from 3 joints to 1 is just a bad idea.
But if he didn't sell it in a year and was willing to let it go really cheap... then I might give it a try just because.
I wasn't going to get headers either until I found someone on here selling Strup ones for $160 shipped after they were in their garage for a year.
