Humming Noise

Hi everyone! New to this forum. I was wondering if someone could give me some direction. I have a 2005 G35X with about 155,000 miles. It's been a great car except now I'm having to start with maintenance repairs. I've already had to replace shocks and a ball bearing. I now have a loud humming noise coming from what sounds like the rear of the car. I thought perhaps another ball bearing, but my mechanic said he couldn't see signs of it being a bad bearing. Could it be my transmission or the rear differential going out? This is probably bad, but I've never flushed any of my transmission/differential/transfer case fluids. Would that help? If so, any good videos or a guide on how to change those myself? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Could still be wheel bearing, and the most likely cause.

With all 3 of my wheel bearing failures, there was no visible sign of failure. No play at all, no physical damage, and the only way I was able to confirm was to remove the rotor and CV axle and finally feel roughness.
