Ugly sounds

I know another clutch chatter post bear with me lol. Every time I get my oil changed from the dealership they tighten up something that makes the clutch chatter go away all you can hear is the radiator fan. About 2000 miles in it sounds like marbles rattling around. As soon as I press the clutch in all the ugly noises disappear. Does anyone know what they tighten up? I want to be able to do this myself. I know they do something the difference is so obvious.
