AC or alternator belt ripping?

So today i was doing pulls in the G and then upon hard acceleration (around redline) i hear some snap or tumble of some sort from the engine bay and then i look inside and see there is something ripped off that fell down to the engine bay. i have some pics of what it is . i think its the AC belt, could be something else though. now when the car turns on theres a horrid noise coming from the engine..
Its not letting me upload pictures so im going to have to use imgur to host the image (says im missing a security token or something)

That's your AC belt; I'd make sure all the chunks are out. It shouldn't spin anymore, so your noise might be coming from the alternator, idler pulley, or power steering pump.

Take the serpentine belt off and spin each pulley. You can also run the engine for a few seconds without the belt to eliminate your water pump (that's how I narrowed it down to my water pump).
