How often have you been changing the fluid? How many miles are on it?

160k
is it common for these to come unplugged or worn out over time?
the tranny seems strong, just not wanting to engage.

By 160k it should have gotten 5 transmission fluid changes. You're throwing a lot of front brake/front clutch codes so I suspect it burned up and will need a rebuild. Did this just randomly happen out of the blue, were you driving when it happened?

Need a lot more details.
