Need some help.....

I am in the process of bringing a 2004 FX35x back to life with the drivetrain of a 2004 G35x.......here is where I am having issues.....I have both drivetrains out and sitting side by side. I know the engine and transmission are both the same......from what I have gathered I have to use the front differential from the FX35x due to a difference in the final drive ratio......can someone confirm this?

If that is the case.....can someone clarify how to go about removing the front differential from the oil pan??? I have all the bolts out and nothing bunges.....what am I missing?

Please and thank you!

Nevermind, sometimes all it takes is another set of eyes to find the bolt you missed.
It's on its way back together now!

Thanks anyway.

Incase someone else needs the info.....the only thing different between the 2 cars is the engine harness, because the G35 uses a 5 wire oxygen sensor setup and the power steering pressure sensor has 1 more wire as well. So swap front differential and engine harness and ur good to go.

Later 2004.5+ G35 used the same O2 sensor. I thought they all used the 3 wire PSPS though.
