Please do yourself a favor and take it to the dealer. They do a complete flush including the convertor. It takes about 12 qts total for the process. It is the only way to do it right and you have proper records for warrantee. It was only $140 for them to do mine. Not too bad for 30K miles.
Saving $40-50 at a quick lube is not really worth the risk IMO.

ballisticus is right about having the dealler do it - you don't want the wrong fluid.
But at 30k they do a drain and refill, the full flush is at 60k according the service requirements. You can certainly have them do the full flush - I plan to at 30k and every 30k thereafter

I always thought that there was some law or other that says that unless a manufacturer supplies the replacement item (like fluids, filters, etc.) that's involved with regular maintenance for free, that they couldn't deny warranty if you used an aftermarket source.
Not sure if it's the Magnussun-Moss Act or not, but I'm sure I read this some where.

it doesn't matter if you use an after market source - it is an issue of it being the correct fluid. In the checking I did no one even claims to have a replacement for Nissan Matic J fluid.
Even if they did, and something goes wrong, since there are warnings all over the manual, and car about using only that fluid. It would the consumers responsibility to PROVE the alternate fluid they used was correct. It just isn't worth it.
AT fluid has a lot of different issues and properties vs something like engine or differential oil
