you serious? that fast? if it was the traction control's fault then you shouldnt have to pay for it dude!!!!!!!!

RR, I wonder if this is the cause of your issue with shifting at high rpms.........Have you tried turning the VDC off?

hmmmmmm i am having that issue as well, although i only have 2,000 miles on the G, but i do feel the clutch being burnt everytime i creep up above 5,000 RPM's

It seems to be the same issue as you have. 9,000 miles is way too short for clutch life, infiniti should pay for the replacement pad, you can always complain to the infiniti customer service headquarters...their # is in the manual somewhere.

I'm going to try turning off VDC while shifting near redline tomorrow and see if that helps me (raining all day today)
