Need some information on Pulleys and Clutches

I, like many other people have tough decisions on what to mod. from my list, the only mods that I have that add performance are the y pipe and the CF intake(if you wanna count that)

My next choice in mod is between pulleys or a new clutch.

Of these two mods, I dont know the highlights and drawbacks of each. This is where I need your help. Could someone breakdown the pros/cons of these like for instance if pulleys lose on the low end to get top end etc....

As for a clutch, I Was looking at the nismo clutch. I just am unsure exactly what all will need to be replaced to accomodate it.

thanks!

Pulleys:
Aside from the big argument about harmonic balancing or lack of.
Pulleys provide a lighter feel to the car.
Travelling up the RPMs has less fight because of the lighter pulley.
More of the Engine's HP gets to the wheels. (Less weight to turn)
You'll gain that power throughout the powerband... ALL RPMs.

CLUTCH:
If you're just changing your clutch and keeping stock flywheel... NISMO is fine.
If you're swapping out to a different Flywheel... stay away from NISMO.
Chatter will be the worst.

NISMO clutch is stiffer than stock.
Just a heads up.
