Clutch Work - How much is reasonable?

So I need to have my clutch and flywheel replaced. I'm getting quotes for between 450 - 550. Is this right?? Seems a bit on the high end.
I'm located in West LA. Anyone have any good recommendations for good places that aren't going to cost me a grip?? Thanks!

Sounds about right, as I paid $500 about 8 years ago. Cost me more than the actual clutch... ...which doesn't appear will happen with the G.
