Clutch position switch

Anyone know any wires/leads/pins that will give me the position of the cluth position switch? I found the location of the clutch position switch in the Manual Transmission section of the service manual, but it does not look easily accessible... just curiousif wires extend from that switch that I can pick up somewhere. thanks, I know- bizzare question.

I'm a newb. Did a search and found this:

I am looking to do a clutch bypass on an aftermarket security system. Would this switch serve that purpose?
