..........jackass?..................
do you call all of your customers that? you see like a lot of people here I have already used your product and had trouble with it like many people here. How to win friends and influencing people is not by calling them jackass.
http://www.amsoil.com/products/gearl...hitePaper.aspx I found Mobil 1 75-90 to be superior to your product. and a lot cheaper |
Man. Doing a manual transmission is so much easier then an automatic...arg.

Great diy. Did mine today in about 20 minutes. I only used 2 ramps did not jack the rear up and it was a breaze. I realize level would have been better but I know I didn't under or overfill based on amount pumped in. For the record I used Royal Purple which I bought from a raceshop in PA for about 12.50 quart.
Oh yeah I find great humor in people arguing over the best oil!!!! |
Subscribed. Getting this done in a week. Bumping this up to the top of my subscribed threads so I dont forget :D

return to OEM man fluid
To follow up my post above. I had immediately had hard shifts between 1st and second gear post fluid change to full synthetic royal purple.(shifting prior to this change was smooth and flawless).
I changed back to OEM 300 miles later and it shifts perfect now. I join the hordes of those who swear by OEM only........ |
thanks for the Write-Up!

to the OP, which adapter of the Motive Power Bleeder did you use to bleed the clutch? Please let me know. Thank you in advance!

Thanks for the write up . I changed transmission oil OEM and Diff AMSOil ..Drives great
I did the manual bleeding on the clutch took like 30 minutes. I noticed my gears went in easier 2006 G35 28540 miles |
nice write up. ima do this in this weekend. haha i wont spend money into stupid bodyshop anymore lol

Since many have issues with the Motiv bleeder, here's the best way I've found for flushing the clutch fluid. Take the reservoir cap off and connect one of these to the bleeder valve. Keep the pressure up to 20-25psi and refill the reservoir each time you fill the little pump cup. I think 3 or 4 rounds fully flushed it, but I can't remember exactly.
$20-25 at Harbor Freight http://www.harborfreight.com/media/c...image_2503.jpg |
Also, that vacuum pump is worthless for brake fluid. I could never get it to seal in the bleeder valve well enough to get enough vacuum pressure.

useful info. Going to use this soon to change my clutch fluid

Thank for the awesome tutorial! I have a 2005 G35 Sedan Automatic. Would this process be the same for me? I
