What should i do?

First off i would like to thank all the posters here for helping out all the newbies to the forums i have been reading and it has been of a great help and i have learned a lot. I just got my 04 g35coupe about 3 weeks ago and i have been wondering what to do to the car to make it a little quicker than stock.

I have been looking and some K&N air filters but im not sure if the "cold air" version of it is that good its 150 more and from what i hear its not much of a difference to put a cone rather than a flat filter. I would also like to know if pullies would help that much. And if anyone has any other suggestions that i could do to make a little quicker. I am not looking to do any engine work because i want to have this car as long as possible (because i lovvveeee it).

Well thanx in advance and i hope i dont bring shame to all the beautiful cars i have seen on these forums. Take care all.

it is pretty widely believed that nissan typically makes use of very excellent factory air intake systems. Obviously, you can always increase flow with a filter change, but as far as designs of the system as a whole... it's hard to beat the factory. Some may differ, but do a search on "nissan air intake" and you should see some results regarding this.

I would just recommend what everyone else does: z-tube + filter of your choice. A cone filter will get you better sound, and panel filter is just for reuseability and some flow. But you will almost never see any sort of increase in power from an air intake install, other than the sound difference.

If you want to do something simple for power, just go with the MREV+ or ++ or whatever it's called now. That seems to make everyone happy.
