Is there a difference b/w a Stillen High Flow Air Box, and Stillen Cold Air Intake? Or is it the same thing?

I don't have a clue when it comes to modding cars. So i'm sure what i just asked is a stupid question.

So perhaps i will ask another question. I want to get more air into my G, i understand that i won't recieve significant power increases, so which intake will produce the most significant difference in SOUND?

ps. i've already wasted my entire evening searching through previous posts and the more i read the further i get from making a decision. Hopeully this thread will help me.

So far i know i'm going with a z-tube, but should i get the OEM Z-tube or the stillen z-tube?

As for intakes, what's the best in terms of sound?
