Rapid Velocity Perfomance module?

Hi everybody!!!
Ive got a question about this thing --> Rapid velocity perfomance module.
It says that it will bring near 20 hp to my G. In instruction says that i should connect it to Air Intake Sensor. Connect black wire from chip to another from Air Sensor and Red wire from the sensor to another...WTF???there are 4 or more wires I think that it will kill my sensor with my engine at all!!!
Please tell me should I install it or not?

Those things are an ebay scam.

They trick your car into thinking its getting more cold air in then it really is so the ECU will advance timing. Good way to screw something up.

Thanks MeatBag. But will it increase my HP and would not give my engine any harm?

It would probly just make you throw some codes and could eventually damage your engine.

LOL I thought it was clear NOT to install, but I guess u really want that "20 Ponies" badly enough to damage the Eng, then do it and share the results.

I personally would not use it on my own car. Yes, I think that it would eventually harm and cause problems with the engine. There are safer ways to add small amounts of horsepower to our engines.

HOW MANY TIMES ARE YOU GOING TO ASK???? clearly he's implying that you can if u really want to, but you're gonna risk engine damage.... let me clarify for you:

it is okay with all the rest of us if you install it, it is not our engine that may possibly be harmed by doing so

research these threads before you decide to add performance parts... there is a lot of good information out here. If you don’t see your "turbonator" or "air flow enhancing module" (or whatever you are trying to install) mentioned as being a great performer, chances are it's a piece of **** and you got scammed.

There are very many tried and true options discussed out here... use them to your benefit.

if you purchase it and install it, please post your feedback, b/c I have always been curious about those things, and I'm sure I'm not alone. if everyone dismisses it, and it happens to work, that would be awsome. a lot people deal with a condition when they have a lot of breathing mods, where the ECU retards timing and then you need to pay someone to advance timing. this could fix that
