I have had test pipes on for over a year now with my APS TT and no dummy lights are on yet.

Mine is raspy as hell too, it all depends on your exhaust setup. I have a single 3" HKS muffler.

I have been in a Greddy TT G coupe with 3" exhaust and test pipes. It is not much louder than my car with a borla and HF cats. I would do test pipes.
