dude, i got the same issues with my gas guage, it seems abnormally unstable/inaccurate. I thought it was just me being picky, but 1/4 tank in 50 miles? hell no, i know i only used like maybe 2-3 gallons, no way 5 or 6. sometimes its right on the money, usually when i drive at constant speends and no uphill or downhill driving. sure, uphill and downhill driving, and starting and turning off the car, and fluctuating speeds will naturally mess with the gas guage, but not to this extreme. . .this needs to be a TSB!

oh, and my roommate has 06 RSX type S, and i smoke it without a problem at all. . .c'mon, u should know that.

Mine is weird too. I feel like the gauge changes depending on how you drive it, like it goes down if you floor it a lot and then goes back up when you drive slower. Maybe it's just random and I'm imagining things though. I've also noticed that it takes more miles to get from full to 1/2 than it does from 1/2 to empty.

Sounds like your fuel sending unit is bad. Take it into the dealer, its a easy fix

My gas gague is pretty crazy too. In one trip, I turned the car on, fuel light came on, started driving, it turned off since the needle went up.. needle dropped a bit again, fuel light back on, then the needle went back up and the light was off when I was done driving.

i had that same problem, but there was this thing i notice when i was driving. in a way, it re adjusted or something. i notice that gas gauge would adjust when i turn the wheel hard left and then hard right, kind of shaking the car. you have to make the car lean and eventually it'll go back up. i know it sounds really weird but it works

i've had this issue corrected by the dealer twice already and i keep getting the same problem with the gas gauge...i find it hard to believe that in 40 miles my gas gauge can go down 1/4 down the way ( driving easy ), i mean what da hell are we driving Hummers???
